The Medical Clinic and Sports Complex will be a modern, state-of-the-art, fully equipped medical facility and state-of-the-art wellness and training facilities for athletes and visitors to Exuma, Bahamas.

* Temperatures range from 68 to 86 degrees during the day and 62-70 degrees at night, year-round.
* Sea water temperature ranges from 73 degrees in February to 82 degrees in August.
* There are no traffic lights on The Exumas
* Emerald Bay hosts the Great Exuma Classic on the PGA korn ferry Tour.

The Clinic will be developed in consultation with The Bahamas Ministry of Health to complement on-island services offered by the Ministry of Health.
The goal of the sports complex is to build a state of the art facility to develop, rehabilitate, and train all levels of athletes while stimulating community and youth development, and increasing health and fitness levels in the community.
